I do not calculate kitchens by running meter. That method suits standard, repetitive solutions — not bespoke work. Appliances and countertops are always calculated separately: their role is too important to be hidden inside one overall number
A strong kitchen rests on two foundations: a well‑thought‑out space and appliances that match your rhythm of life. Everything else follows logically: fronts, hardware, materials, and every element that works as part of a single system
About Appliances
Appliances are a full‑fledged part of the project. A basic set starts at around 4,000 USD; solutions at the level of Miele begin at about 10,000 EUR. I state this openly from the beginning to avoid any surprises
About Countertops
Quartz, solid wood, HPL — this is the surface you touch every day. The difference is felt not only visually, but in the way it responds to the hand and in how the material behaves over the years. That is why the countertop is always priced separately
How Much Will Your Kitchen Cost?
I name the exact price only when the project is fully formed and we have arrived together at a solution that truly feels like yours. Before that moment, any figure would be a guess — and I do not work with guesses
How a Kitchen Is Created
Everything begins with an on‑site visit for measurements — 100 USD, which is credited against the total cost if we continue working together
After that, there are two scenarios
In the first, the kitchen is designed together with the space itself: floors, walls, lighting, electrical work. In this case I think not only about the furniture, but about the entire experience of living in that space
In the second, you already have a project from a designer or architect. Then I work within the given framework and take responsibility for precise implementation
After measurements, we define the essentials: the character of the kitchen, materials, and appliances. I prepare an initial proposal
Once it resonates with you, the most important stage begins — detailing. This is not a phase to rush. It is here that the kitchen gains precision: in dimensions, junctions, and the way it will feel in daily use
After every detail has been agreed upon, I name the final cost and timing. Then follow production, delivery, and installation. Each stage has a clear plan and a transparent payment structure
Payment
Payment is divided into stages so that every step is clear and protected:
- 10% — after agreeing on the preliminary cost. This reserves time for design work and is non‑refundable in case of cancellation
- 55% — before production begins, once all details are confirmed
- 15% — after delivery to the site
- The remaining balance — after installation and acceptance of the kitchen
Payment may be made in cash or by bank transfer
Timing
Production time for a kitchen is from 50 working days; for other furniture, from 30. Exact timing depends on project complexity and material availability. I always state the real term, not the convenient one
Warranty
There is a 5‑year warranty on kitchens and other furniture. It is not a formality, but a commitment to the result. All terms are stated openly, without fine print
